Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be free of any torn pages, including the front or back cover.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase; a screenshot of the receipt obtained on the day of purchase is also acceptable.
Please do not send your purchase back until you have a definitive justification for your return or refund request.
There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted, such as for books showing evident signs of use or damage due to mishandling—including moisture or other visible marks.
If an error occurs on our part, we will issue a refund immediately upon receiving evidence of the case.
For any item returned more than 30 days after delivery, a refund may be requested only through direct communication with us, and by demonstrating the reason for the refund request.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Offers and Discounts
Discounts are granted on a case-by-case basis, whether applied to shipping costs or as part of a special promotion within a defined timeframe.
Exchanges
We only replace a book if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, please send us an email at: omardsuarez39@yahoo.com and send your item to: 9060 SW 56th Street, Miami, FL 33165, USA.
Personalized Book
If your book was purchased with a request for a signature and personalization, it will be shipped with the text previously provided; otherwise, it will simply arrive with the author’s signature.
If the book was requested with a signature and text, but does not arrive in that form, we will send you another signed copy, and you may keep the copy you received.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 9060 SW 56th Street, Miami, FL 33165, USA.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the book if the decision to return it was made by you, and there was no error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
